Criteria to become a Mentor1. Make sure that you can commit to two hours per week for the Community base mentoring and one hour per week for the school base mentoring. 2. you will need a Police Clearance Report. 3. Provide the names and telephone contacts of three persons you may use for references. 4. Complete the basic application form. 5. Be prepared for an interview with an agent from the Organization. 6. Be prepared to arrange for home visit (Community Base Mentors only). 7. Attend for a formal meeting to be introduced to your Little.
